Does good work but communication is very poor, we had to keep calling to get updates on our dresses. She never told us the final price until we went there to pick it up. I had other work for her but I will find someone else.

Sorry for any inconvenience you experienced for your alteration work. However, we don't agree with your comment. As I remember, we explained every possibility to the person who brought this work as it was a complex work with lots of limitations, and she completely agreed to all possible outcomes and price. We completed the work with best of its quality and went out of way to satisfy her and delivered the dress on exact promised time. Even after working this much hard, we didn't expect this kind of comment from a valued customer.
