I asked for the impossible and he delivered! Needed house plans drawn for HOA approval before I could close on the property. Gave him a sketch and some pictures and he delivered a full set of plans and a renderings - in a WEEK! Super fast and a great designer! Not only did we get approval to purchase the land but hired him to finish the plans. Best looking house in the neighborhood. I would definitely recommend Steve for architectural design!

Steven and I talked about how I wanted his undivided attention because he works full-time and lives in another city, it was difficult for us to meet. Everything was done by phone and email. I have a disability so it was difficult to communicate my needs via email. We got the job done and he did an excellent job.

I like to work hourly for the most part due to the variations of ideas typically requested.

Its most definitely a process of collaboration. Communication is essential. Asking questions as to your needs, goals and specifics which results in reliable and predictable results tailored to your project.
