- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
-Pricing is either "per person", or "hourly + cost of groceries", depending on the service. -I don't charge for travel within 20 miles.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All of my services are custom, tailor-made to the client's needs, so its really important to talk with you to better understand exactly how I can help to make your culinary experience exceptional. If for whatever reason I'm not a good fit for you, I always have referrals for you! For example, I am not a vegan/vegetarian chef, but I know several very good ones!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
-I am a Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist through the ISSA (Int'l Sports Science Assn). -I am a Level II Sommelier through the ISG (Int'l Sommelier Guild) -I am a Certified Personal Chef through the CBI (Culinary Business Institute) -I am a member of the USPCA (US Personal Chef's Assn) -I am a Certified Food Handler through Serv-Safe.
