- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer several different pricing methods such as Time and Material, Flat Rates, Full Season Contracts with even monthly payments or pay as you go. We accept credit cards and bank transfers and payment can be made online.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In order to get off to a good start, we like to have a face to face meeting before beginning and work and make sure that expectations are crystal clear. We never quote a flat rate price prior to meeting the customer and visiting the property. However, if time is of the essence and a meeting in advance is not possible, we can get started on a time and material basis and get the work completed.
