- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get ALL the details before I commit to a job to ensure the customer is happy with the outcome of their request. I do emphasize my close eye on quality. That being said, I may take longer than other contractors (few hours at most). I quote a flat fee, not hourly so this will not affect your bidding process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
IT - 15 years in the information technology world. I have my MCP certification, my COMPTia A+, & NET+ certifications, and some MCSA coursework completed. General Contracting I have been with my dad since I was a young boy, I do not claim to be a master carpenter but I definitely have the tools and knowledge to exceed just a 'handyman'.
