- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge by type of dog based on how long the appointment will take. Mobile grooming has an additional charge for a convenience fee, shop grooming does not. We offer a discount for mobile grooming, every 6th groom half off.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical process for us with new customers is booking appointments over the phone or through email, we come to your house or you come to our shop for your appointment and meet your groomer. After the grooming is done we follow up every 6 weeks for further appointments if the customer chooses.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been serving Indianapolis and it's surrounding areas since 2006 in the pet industry. We have been working with pets for over 25 years through rescues, training, grooming and pet care!
