FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair, and very competitive. I normally will research pricing using various methods, and try to charge the lower average of what is charged by the majority, but that’s if I believe I can get the job done in that time frame. I generally charge the lower end of what the average is, but some jobs aren’t so cut and dry, so I’ll try my best to calculate for those jobs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to come out and inspect the prospective job, take measurements, research pricing, send an estimate, and then schedule the job. I also, can just show up for small jobs and complete the work if the customer sends me photos, and describes what they’d like done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors in Business Admin, currently licensed to be a claim adjuster in every state, previously licensed for termite inspector and pest control. I constantly have to study construction for continuing education, I love reading, and I also watch as many training videos as possible to do things like the pros do them.
