Whether you are experienced or a beginner in the gym, Josh will work with you and plan your workout around your strengths and weaknesses! I review you with a consultation, which is normally an hour, followed with assessments and any seen posture distortions then follow up with a free 30 minute session to see how we match and if I am what you're looking for
