- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?A typical occupied home staging consultation is $240.00. This includes a complete home staging plan and suggestions on what needs done to sell your home in top condition. Vacant home staging run around $1500.00 for 2 months then a small monthly furniture and accessories rental each month after. Typical redesign consultations are $240.00 as well. The project price depends on the size of the project and will be estimated and sent to the client after initial consultation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I usually start with a phone call to see exactly what the customer wants. I discuss their expectations from home staging or redesign. Then I make an appointment to view the home and discuss the plan with involvement from the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have the best Home Staging certification in the country, Home Staging Resource. Audra Slinkey is a work reknown home staging and interior redesigner who has a wonderful training program. I am also a member of the Real Estate Staging Association, American Home Stagers Association and several blogs and forums for home stagers and designers.
