Introduction: My name is Jeffrey Lai. I am a certified personal trainer working in Floral Park, Long Island. I have been training for over 12 years, and now finally have some room open in my schedule to take on new clients. As well as training, I can also help you with your diet guidelines and help you get in the best shape of your life. Jeff (owner of Panda Fitness) is an outstanding trainer. He pushes you hard to achieve your goals, but is very down to earth and friendly. I’ve been training with him for almost two years and I saw results almost instantly (currently down 38 pounds and 8% body fat). Highly recommend!

I am priced a bit below average as I want training to be accessible to everyone!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Reach out to me and let's see if we are a good fit! You would need to travel to floral park for access to my gym, however I do take on at home clients where I travel to you for $80 per hour. (Depending on Location)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied and obtained my certificate in personal training from the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
