My computer had many viruses on it and the job was much more complicated than originally thought but Shawn worked on it until it was completely fixed. The price was extremely reasonable - a fraction of most of the other quotes I received. He was patient, thorough, and profressional. He responded within an hour of me contacting him and started working on my computer remotely that day. It is very convenient to have the work done remotely. If you have an issue with your computer Shawn with remote IT is the guy!! I would definitely use his services again.
