- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The more information you can provide about what you are needing planned for your upcoming trip, the better I can quote you! I base my quote on how much effort and hours will go into the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will first gather as much information for your about the trip in question. What is the timeline? Do you need flights, accommodations, actives, etc? I will then start my research and planning process, reaching out to you as needed for additional information or any questions I may have for you! Once I have put together the itinerary, flight schedule, bookings, etc. I will send you an outline of what I have found!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While I have no formal training, I have always have a deep love and appreciation for travel, adventure and learning about different cultures. I have been planning trips for people close to me for years now and people constantly come to me needing help with anything travel related!
