- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Residential rates are as follows: First cleaning runs from $150.00 to $200.00 depending on the size of the house. The first cleaning is a deep cleaning of everything from floor to ceiling. After the first cleaning the price drops to $100.00 to $150.00 depending on sizes of house. Construction prizes is $0.22 to $0.35 depending on size of house.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start any new relationship with an in depth conversation about what we do and what the customer expect from us. Once we have the basic information such as size of the house and what the customer expect, we will give the customer a personalized quote. Once the quote is accepted we set the appointment to come out and clean the house.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have three year experience cleaning houses professionally.
