I have lived in a city with diverse food that does influence my cuisine; and since moving to south carolina I have become inspired by the south cuisine. I will always sit and speak with my customers in order to get a perfect insight on what their likes and dislikes are in food and atmosphere because I don't just provide dishes but I also provide the atmosphere. I can teach and give you the tools to go forward comfortable in the kitchen. I dream of pleasing others with my fun and unique ideas.
I enjoy the glow In a person's eyes when they are eating one of my dishes the curiosity and the craving for seconds. A meal can be fulfilling in a person's night if you pour your creativity into a dish than your customer can definitely tell.

It was absolutely wonderful! The service she provided was exemplary. She was very professional the entire time. I asked her to make clam and linguine for my husband and I for our anniversary. Needless to say the food was better than what I've had from most 5 star restaurants. Everything was cooked to perfection. Not to mention her price was super affordable. I'll definitely be calling chef Christie again. I highly and strongly recommend her! I guarantee you, you will not be disappointed!

Chef Christie was excellent, her knowledge for food and cleanliness was superior . She prepared mini beef empanadas for appetizers and for our main course Cajun shrimp tacos served with saffron rice. The desert was the cherry on the cake (thres lache cup cakes). Me and my family was very impressed and will recommend her to anyone of our friends or family.
