- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that I provide quotes to all clients after assessing their needs. I am reasonable and fair. I offer discounts when clients request more than one service or product.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is via email. Clients send me their current resume or CV then we work from there. Not a complicated process at all. I have a few clients who like an initial phone call. Then work via email. I am flexible. In this busy world we live in, I like to accommodate my clients as much as possible. What works for them, I make it work for me.
