good day ma'am. First of all in my initial message you said you would do all the packing and Supply the packing material. When my guys got there you asked them if they would Supply the packing material and do the packing for $300 they said no we can't do it for that. So they left we never moved you. so everything you said was a misrepresentation of the events that actually occurred, during this move. I do wish you the best in future moves.

Leaf Clean Up
