Excellent job! I will definitely use Ross Property Services again.Jul 12, 2018Verified
Jeff was fantastic to work with. I have an extremely long driveway with substantial elevation changes and Jess was able to accomplish the whole job in less than two hours. It looks phenomenal and his prices were the best I received from five firms. I intend to use RPS for my deck and the exterior of my home in the coming months. I’ve found my pressure washing firm!Mar 27, 2018Verified
My house looks much better! No more yellow stains and my gutters are clean too! I would definitely hire RPS again.Feb 27, 2018Verified
Nothing bad can be said of Ross Property Services. Chelsea, Jeff, and Dustin have been a complete delight to work with. Jeff pressure washed my deck before Dustin stained it. All the work done was exactly what we wanted and very professional. I will definitely work with them again in the future!May 22, 2017Verified
They had the lowest bid, I asked him if he was sure about his bid and he assured me he was. But then everything was a la carte. I told him initially I was putting my house on the market and it needed to look like new. Then he acted surprised I wanted doors and trim painted. They were very messy and it was 3 times longer than they said it would be. Save yourself the trouble hire someone else.May 18, 2017VerifiedChelsea R.'s reply
Sonya, It's extremely unfortunate that this is how you're describing your experience. From the first walk through (as we do with all customers) we ask if you would like walls, trim, ceiling, doors, closets (etc) painted. As Jeff walked through each room you only approved certain items to be handled. If we paint walls only, it's going to be cheaper (labor and materials) than it would be to paint the walls, trim, ceiling, doors and closets. This was described and explained on several occasions in detail with you. The reason this project took longer than the initial guesstimate, was due to all the items you kept adding to the project. We 100% will own up to the temporary mess that was made. As soon as we saw our employee did this, he was fired. He did not step foot back on your property again and we did everything in our ability to make it right and we did. We left the house extremely clean (even hired a cleaning company to help you - since you had an event that weekend). We sent a very clear quote to you with pricing broken down on each item so there was no confusion for you or us. We had you, your husband who lives in the pool house and your daughter giving all different directions to our crew. We were drug into your divorce and absolutely agree that the communication was poor due to your household conflict of refusing to communicate to each other and us. We walked the job with your husband after all touch-ups were made and he stated that he was completely satisfied with the job and made full payment. We are very sorry for the small mess on the deck (which was immediately resolved), but would have to agree with you that this project did not go well. We appreciate your business, but unfortunately will not do business again in the future. Thank you.
