The best personal training experience I’ve had. Extremely personalized, professional, flexible approach to workouts based on your body’s needs and complete dietary and health guidance. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?It's important to evaluate each clients health and fitness history and what the client's current fitness level is. Equally important is finding the client's motivation for changing their health and fitness and finding the right balance in their schedule for exercise, diet and setting reasonable goals and expectations with this new lifestyle.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I got my Personal Training certification from the American College of Sports Medicine and have been actively Training clients in the fitness industry for the past 25 years as my career of choice.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I fell in love with fitness at the age of 15 and I just kept going from there and now I am turning 50!
