Lily and her team were hired to remove our old front door and doorframe and install a new doorframe, wooden door (Victorian-style panelled door with 2 glazed panels) as well as paint our living room and remodel our guest bathroom. From Day 1, we found them to be very helpful, easily reachable and always available to answer any questions, as well as being very flexible and easily adapting to some of our last-minute requests. The price quoted was very reasonable.
On installation, the team was very efficient and tidy (all dirt was swept up and tools put neatly away overnight). The door itself is beautiful and was fitted and painted very neatly to a high standard - we are very pleased with the quality of the door and frame as well as with the quality of work. The bathroom renovation was a success as well. We have had many compliments, are very glad that we chose them for these jobs and (having had some negative experiences with builders) wouldn't hesitate to hire him for other jobs.

Lily was amazing scheduling my appointment at the time that I wanted, asking what would work for me, letting me know that she would keep me updated on traffic and parking situation so that i do not sit and wonder what happened. The appointment itself was very informative you known right away that they were professional not some handyman trying to make it in NYC. The job processed well, there was one small glitch with the cabinets that i wanted since they were custom made it taken longer than what i was told to be made and delivered. I understood that they were loosing money waiting for them to be delivered, but it never reflected on my bottom line so i am grateful that they did not disappear on me and installed cabinets when they should have being. I love my new kitchen and would recommend them to anyone.

I highly recommend Ivan and his team for any building work. When I was searching for a contractor for our extensive renovation, I first checked accreditations and reviews, as recommendations from friends were either in different areas or for different type of work. My biggest concern was choosing the wrong contractor but fortunately we made the right choice.
Our renovation project involved converting our maisonette flat with separate living room, hall and kitchen to create an open plan living space. This involved removing several walls, levelling floors, renovating the staircase, installing new ceilings upstairs and downstairs, new lighting, kitchen, electrics, wardrobes, underfloor heating, wooden flooring, bespoke joinery and several new stud walls.
Lily and her team were fantastic from the beginning and worked with us to refine our plans. The work was on schedule and any changes or modifications to our plans were dealt with professionally and helped us to make the most of our design.
The quality and finish of the work was excellent and as we decided to live in the flat throughout, Ivan and his team kept the place as tidy as possible each evening. Any concerns or issues were addressed quickly and was always on hand to help with any queries, meeting us in the early morning and after work to answer questions and refine plans.
Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend.

I cannot recommend enough. Lily responded to my calls and messages promptly, sent a quote and invoice within a day, and they completed the job to an impeccable standard. Lily kept me updated throughout with images of the work undertook so I was aware of exactly what was being done and left the site clean and tidy. I would have no hesitation in using them again

Were very polite and an excellent communicators, got back to me immediately with a quote and kept me informed as to when the crew would arrive. The finished job is neat and tidy, would definitely recommend.
