My wife's mother recently passed away. In the months leading up to her passing, my mother-in-law was incapable of caring for herself. Unfortunately, she lived alone and essentially occupied the first floor living area only. As such, the house rapidly fell into disrepair. Because of my mother-in-law's condition, she was unable to climb the steps to use the restroom. Instead, she would use trash bags in the kitchen area. This, in addition to various food items being left out to rot, quickly created a subsequent issue of rodent and insect infestation. The smell that permeated the house was nearly unbearable. Therefore, most of the furniture and all of the clothing and rugs needed to be removed and disposed of. The MSI Team entered the property and addressed the infestation issue first. After the house was treated, they were able to enter and remove all of the bio waste and affected materials (rugs, furniture, clothing, etc). At the end of each day, The owner contacted my wife and I through either email or phone with updates or requests for direction when certain items were located. The entire MSI team remained professional and followed all necessary biohazard protocols throughout the course of the clean up. The MSI team was able to remove all the bio waste in the property within the expected time frame.

Joe went out of his way and began my job on January 2ND so that he could take care of my mold as quickly as possible while keeping within the time-frame I had due to other work being done at my house. All work was done professionally and completely. Joe wasn't satisfied unless the mold was completely eradicated.

Mold Solutions and Inspections have done several jobs for me over the years. All involved mold remediation following water leaks in my home. All of the jobs were done professionally and competently. Workers arrived promptly and appropriately attired. They cleaned up after themselves and brought the house back to the condition it was in before the discharge of the water. Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Our most recent project was a Fire Restoration job in Manayunk where a three stroy home suffered extensive fire and smoke damage. We performed the demolition and the clean up, all of which took 11 work days.
