- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know my clients by asking questions and listening to their needs. I apply this information towards the buying or selling of their home. I like to provide transparency and the explanation of the buying/selling process. I also like to introduce my clients to other professionals that are like minded to assist with the home buying/selling process such as my preferred attorneys, lenders, contractors, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my B.A. from Salisbury University. I majored in Psychology with a minor in Business. I have previous experience as a project manager focusing on commercial and residential development/construction. I represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate sales. I am familiar with first home buyers, second home/investment properties, 1031 exchanges and beach properties.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My passion of design, construction, building relationships and the Charleston area inspired me to become a Realtor and represent the needs of my clients.
