Introduction: I've lived in the Bay Area for 37 years and trained with the best teachers. I am an advanced 500 HR certified teacher (RYT500). I fully believe that as I teacher one must have a steady practice and have done the internal "work" in their own lives. I am also a certified Doula and certified prenatal yoga teacher. I am currently a director of a program that provides yoga to teen at-risk girls in juvenile hall and underserved communities. Many of my clients have had trauma in their lives and find yoga serves them to find more peace of mind, less stress, and relaxation.
Serving people in helping them build more balanced and grounded lives has brought me joy.

Christina is a strong, knowledgeable, and compassionate teacher. I love her adjustments and guided meditation. Her classes are challenging but accessible for all.
