- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I Charge a 60$ fee to walk a job. If the customer decides to proceed with the work, I will deduct 60$ off the total price of job. Once a full estimate is given, 50% of total will be due 2 weeks or asap before start of project. This will just show some good faith that you are committed to us and we are committed to you. It will also be used to purchase material needed for projects. The remaining balance will be due day of completion. Panel upgrades start at $2000. For a 200 amp upgrade. *Cash is preferred
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
typical process is to introduce myself and then get to know the problem my customer is having. then I will explain to them what the issue could be and how it would be attacked.

I have been working in this trade for 15 years. With the same company as well.
