FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is different and has their own special set of concerns and considerations. My prices reflect your turnaround time, complexity of job, requests for multiple versions (see last entry for clarification on what "multiple versions" are and are not) and my decades of creating professional production-ready artwork for some very major companies.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is to ask for as much information about a customer's needs as possible. Customers able to supply visual references lets me know that they are serious and in the "ready to begin development" stage, which makes my job easier. I turn jobs down when a client is unable to provide visuals as to looks they like (and art they don't like too).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my BFA w/Honors from New York's School of Visual Arts. I have a traditional art background and over 20 years creating production-ready traditional and digital artwork for some of the most highly respected companies in the country: The NYTimes, HBO, Apple, Disney, United Feature Syndicate, Joe Boxer, Nickelodeon, Children's Television Workshop and more.
