- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For personal assistant work, house cleaning, and landscaping I charge hourly $20/hour. I bill upon completion of the work. Depending on the client's location a small travel fee may be included. This does not include any additional charges for hauling off debris, and/or special yard care products used such as fertilizers, or plants used in planting installations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I'd like to have a phone conversation so that I can gain a better understanding of my potential client's needs, and we can decide whether or not we'd be a good fit. If we decide to move forward we will then meet in person and depending on the requested work I will either give an estimate over the phone or in person after assessing the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
BFA in Fine Arts, Western State College of CO, currently a freelance illustrator 6+ years of landscape maintenance work 4+ years of personal assistant work including pet sitting 2+ years of residential house cleaning experience, including some house painting A lifetime experience in the organic agriculture/food industry.
