Introduction: When it comes to my Personal Training philosophy, I believe in creating a safe environment were I can facilitate a healthy lifestyle, while also meeting my clients' goals. My specialties include strength training and fat loss using a variety of techniques. Under my care, we will develop a program that caters to your specific wants and needs. My Credentials: -Bachelors Degree in Health and Exercise Science with a concentration in Health Promotion from Colorado State University -I worked at CSU during my schooling as a personal trainer my above profile picture was when I was employed at CSU unfortunately you cannot be an employee there after graduation -ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist -ACE Personal Trainer Certification -PRI Certification in Postural Respiration -PRI Integration for Fitness and Movement Certification I really enjoy helping people reach their goals as well as helping them attain a better quality of life, through exercise and healthy behavior and otherwise.

Any personal trainer can guide you a workout routine with proper form and give you great motivation and advice. A great personal trainer will give you nutrition advice and help create a good diet and workout routine for you to follow. Brodee does all of this and more. He makes sure you're working out in proper farm and will also even teach you how to improve your movements by helping you workout on the tiniest details such as posture and nutrition to assure you are getting to more out of your workouts. He deeply cares about your health and wellbeing better than most doctors and nurses I've met. Can't think of a single bad trait for him and I've noticed huge improvements not only in my workouts but overall health in general.

It is obvious that BrodeeSL is passionate and dedicated to his work! He taught me some great exercises and pushed me to reach my goals. He also took the time to show me the correct form of each exercise, which is very important for a safe workout and essential for targeting, shaping the desired muscles. He is thoughtful, understanding, encouraging, professional and overall a great guy to work with! Thanks to Brodee and his workout programs, I have gained great results and feel in much better shape than ever before! Brodee is not only very knowledgeable as to body mechanics and nutrition beyond measure, but he is extremely patient and gives you a focused investment of time. He works with your personal goals as though they are his own and motivates success. Plus, who doesn’t want a trainer with a great sense of humor?!? Highly recommend.
