Salv agreed to a price and scope of work which was documented in text messages. He then attempted to change the scope and price. The job he agreed to was never fully finished. I had to finish painting myself.Dec 19, 2018VerifiedS&G Construction LLC Fort Collins Colorado's reply
Do you think 300 hundred dollars it’s going to paid paint skim and patches. No thank you you can look or talk with other person And paid 300 dollars for that job.
I am very happy with my new patio! It was a good price and even better timing. Sal gave me a quote on Friday and said he could start on Monday. His team came and removed the existing concrete patio, laid forms and prepped the area on Monday. They came first thing Tuesday to pour the concrete and finish the job. Sal clearly takes pride in his work and provided suggestions for making the space better. He created a peanut shape to help fit my patio furniture better and he added a little border joint to make the entire thing look even nicer. I am very happy with the results and would recommend him.Apr 26, 2017Verified
What went well: price was right. I didn't have to do any prep work - they did everything which made it very easy for me. Work was performed very quickly - just 1 day after Salvador came to look at the site. Also, the finished concrete slab looks nice & matches the existing slab exactly (as far as I can tell - only poured today & still drying). What could be better: instead of moving sprinkler heads as specified, they poured concrete over the top of existing sprinkler lines. Not a big deal, I'll cut the lines & repipe in the spring to avoid future problems, won't take me long or cost much (I can do myself). Also, the crew nearly "forgot" to drill & insert rebar to tie new concrete to the existing slab. I had to run out and remind them, while the concrete was being poured into the form! I would have been upset had there been no rebar. Overall, I am pretty happy with the work that was done, given the price I paid. I would recommend others hire Salvador & his crew to pour concrete - but watch closely to make sure they are doing the work as you specified.Feb 16, 2017Verified
These guys started on the project the next day after we came to terms and worked late into the night to get it done on time! They even painted the whole inside of the house when I asked and that was not part of the original job. Very happy and they were easy to work with!Sep 2, 2018Verified
They sent me a message to call about setting up an appointment for a quote and when I called, they told me that they are unavailable to do the work. Not sure why they are on this site or responding to messages if they are going to turn down work without even knowing timelines or job size. They finally came out to do a quote. Then, instead of giving me a bid, they sent out another installer to do a quote without any communication with me. They new guy has also not giving me an actual quote. I am surprised that they are so busy with this kind of business practice.Aug 3, 2018Verified
