Setting up and arranging to have my place cleaned was very simple and professionally done with Daniel, he took the time to come over and explain things on a checklist that would get cleaned and walked my house and even lowered price since my place is only 2 years old and was not lived in full time so there wasnt much to clean. However upon hiring Daniel, the crew that came over and cleaned did a horrendous job, if not lazy. Window sills were not cleaned, bathroom shower walls were not cleaned. Damage was done to my hardwood floor. Ceiling Fans were not even dusted, cob webs were still found everywhere and there was still dirt in the corners of just about every room. Sinks were not cleaned, even kitchen counters were not cleaned. Also the Airconditioner was turned one to a super low setting and the amount of time it took to "clean" the townhome was at least 9-2pm Daniel did contact me about getting things fixed and make things right but due to some circumstances out of control, the agreed upon day to fix things did not happen and this was not communitcated to me till 3pm that day when he said he would come fix things at 8am and I decided to take my business elsewhere. Hello Eric, Once again I'm sorry for the job my ex employee did on your house that is why there was no charge what so ever. As far as items being stole out of your home that is a false statement and I would appreciate if you stop making false claims especially when there so late. i was moving and needed my house cleaned at the very last minute. I received an immediate quote and they were at my house quickly to view the house and were able to lower the price. Because they were licensed and bonded, plus I felt comfortable, I gave them a key to clean that night. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Here at Rosales Commercial CleaningLLC customer service is our top priority, with out them there wouldn't be an us. We like to set phone calls meet and talk before we check out the job to make sure all their needs are being met. After the job we like to give follow up calls and make sure they are satisfied 100%. I strive on being the best because that's what they deserve is the best.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Being a new company I did my research in all aspects of the business. Iv been cleaning for two years and I have great employee who had done it her whole life 15-20 years experience. Also we work very good as a team and together there's no job we can't do.
