- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing varies with the service the customer requires, and is customizable based on the customer's specific needs. We give a month free service (2 service visits) with the referral of a new customer, so if you know of someone else with a hot tub, we'd love a referral! We get a lot of requests in the Denver-Boulder area. We are based in Fort Collins, and although we believe our pricing is very competitive, trip charges to the Denver/Boulder area might be cost prohibitive to you. Contact us for a quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We travel to the customer's location and ask questions regarding the use of their hot tub, desired sanitation, any problems they are having and how they would like to enjoy their hot tub with the minimum amount of work for the customer based on their personal use.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are Certified Pool and Spa Operators as recognized by the National Swimming Pool Fountation. This certification requires extensive training and successfully completing of a examination of knowledge of pool and spa operation, safety, water quality, and sanitation.
