- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
FREE 30 minute phone call. 60 minute in-home consultation is $75. Organizing, staging & Feng Shui services provided by Leslie are $75/hr. All services provided by a team of 2 organizing professionals are $135 per hour. 3 organizers, $195 per hour. Feng Shui written reports start at $375. Minimum work required is 2 hours. Packing supplies and donation drop off services are available at your request.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At your consultation, we'll discuss your goals for the project and I can give you a general estimate of how long it will take. I usually photograph your space so that I can start thinking about an action plan and conceptualize the outcome. We can begin work right away or schedule a time that works best for you. Welcome Home will help you: Identify your goals by asking the right questions. Work with you forming and executing a project plan. Make on-site changes. Coach you on how to make decisions that support your goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In 2008, I completed the Certified Feng Shui Professional Training Program with James Jay/Feng Shui Designs, Inc. During the last 9 years, I have been helping clients with Feng Shui cures and design, de-cluttering/organizing personal belongings (including mail!), rearranging furniture/rooms, assisting with moving decisions, and staging homes for sale.
