Leah was great and I really felt like she had my cats best interest at heart! She sent me pictures every day and was very professionalJul 19, 2018Verified
Leah helped me by visiting my cat once a day while I was out of town. My cat is finicky about how she likes to interact with people only wants to be pet on her terms. Leah seemed to bond with my cat through play and received many a head butt in return. She was reliable, honest and a great caretaker!Nov 14, 2017
I recommend this pet-sitter highly. She took good care of my kitties and my little puppy for several days. She came every day and spent time with them and loved them for me. I will definitely aske her to keep them the next time I have to be gone.Jun 27, 2018
Ms. Laucher took care of my two schnauzers over a 3-day weekend. She did a great job. They had to be fed and walked and played with because their young and have a lot of energy. They were in great shape when I got home. I recommend her services.Jun 27, 2018

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Because I want your pet(s) to receive the best care possible, I offer 10% off of multiple same-day visits--instead of adding a fee like some pet sitters.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I ask new customers to fill out my pet profile form, as well as some additional paperwork, so that I have everything I need to provide the best pet care and service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?My education is my lifetime devoted to a wide range of animals. I'm certified in Pet First Aid/CPR and have years of volunteer experience at animal shelters. I took a Cat Handling and Behavior class at Multnomah County Animal Services and have a great deal of experience with nervous cats that have experienced trauma or used to be feral.
