FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer high-quality work at a fair price. For short, odd jobs and the like, I charge time and materials with a 2 hour minimum. Bigger jobs can be done on either a bid or time and materials basis. It depends on the nature of the work and your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will meet with you to discuss your project. While a simple task may not require much discussion, larger projects require that I clearly understand what you want your finished project to be so that I can give you an accurate price and timeline.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing remodeling and repair work since I was a teenager. My background has allowed me to develop a wide-ranging skill set including painting, carpentry, flooring, drywall, and window, door, and cabinet installation. My understanding of houses in a holistic sense allows me to communicate to you your options and how different decisions and projects affect will affect one another.
