It was my first time renting in the united states. So i wasnt aware of the policies.Betty was kind and patient enough to walk me thru step by step. She answered my silly answers and responded to my late text msgs early in the mornings. She was also kind enough to do viewings for me when i couldnt get time off from work.she did detailed videos of the apartments and gave her recommendations. And even long after her job is done she still keeps in touch with me.
