- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are simple: Phone Evaluation: Complimentary, sometimes that's all it takes. On-site evaluation: $40 for 1 hour. Home Organizing: $50/hour with a 3-hour minimum. I'm happy to work up to 8 hours when required. Payment is due at the end of each day of service. Payments can be made by cash, check, PayPal or via Zelle. An invoice can be provided when requested.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically meet a new client at their home or business to determine the scope of work and the budget the client wants to work with. I explain in detail what will be done in each area and give suggestions. Once we agree on what to do, the execution phase of the project gets started.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked developing high end residential properties in Coconut Grove, I also was actively involved in the construction of the Grand Beach Hotel, Miami Beach, FL, the renovation of the Hilton Garden Inn in Kenner, LA, and have managed the renovation and decoration of dozens of residential properties in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties. I continue to work as a project manager assistant, but Home Organizing is my passion!
