- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All home purchase inspections include a FREE Wind Mitigation Report! All quoted prices can be adjusted based on the specific needs of the customer. Some general pricing includes: Condo/Apartment: $150 Townhouse $200 Houses
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I confirm the needs with the customer and explain the inspection process. I invite the customer to attend the inspection so I may point out any findings. Many times this is not possible, and I conduct the inspection with the realtor and provided a detailed report with color photographs to the customer and discuss my findings by phone.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a science/engineering degree from Purdue University and studied home inspection with America Home Inspectors Training. I am licensed and insured in the State of Florida and a member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors.
