We're a 25 year manufacturer in Boca Raton with an excellent reputation in the library community. Grace was habitually non-communicative, almost never returning phone calls and texts until days later. She has some talent in shooting and post-processing, but applies it sporadically and late. We walked away with nothing usable and a setback of 4 weeks I can't afford after having spent $5k out of pocket for insurance, models, and Ionyx Media's fees. That's saying nothing of the salaries and opportunity costs spent on my staff to support the video shoot. Wow, what a colossal waste of time and money. Very painful. Grace's response when I complained was to blame the lack of detail in our script. She took no responsibility for her failure. My advice? Stay away. Sorry Grace, but it is the truth.
