I had thought the wiring in my ceiling light fixture was broken. It turned out to just be a tripped circuit breaker. I understand it costs money to come out and assess a problem, but to charge the full $60 per hour for a 20 minute visit that was resolved by flipping a switch left me with a bad taste in my mouth.
