- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No. I tend to work with the customer on gauging their needs and budget. I do have a fluid base from which to work with but do not have set firm numbers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication. I tend to send pictures, videos, just random bits of information. Tends to help put clients minds at ease. Last thing they should do on vacation or business is worry about their animal(s) while they are gone.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Just being a lifelong animal lover and owner. I have had a hand in training all my animals, along with training a few friends animals and seeing the positive results. As far as organizing, I am highly organized and tend to have a love for the process.
