Andrew is prompt, professional, and great at hair and makeup; how could you ask for more?! My niece looked beautiful and more importantly she thought she looked pretty, that is sometimes very hard to accomplish in giving someone but he did. Do not go with anyone else.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Andrew Carter Beauty, we do luxury quality services. All high performance to high end luxury products. We use at least $80 worth of physical product on each client. That does not include extras such as lashes or airbrushing... Does not include my time doing the service or travel. Due to Andrew's extensive resume and years of experience the pricing is competitive.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask if they have any allergies...If they have in contact lenses... if they have any skin concerns... How do they want to feel?
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Fine Arts, Theatre, and Photography background.
