- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For Brides: After confirmation, the next step is to schedule a trial to see exactly what type of look the client is looking for. At the trial, the client will be informed of my policies and procedures and will be instructed to sign their bridal contract. On the day of the appointment, I do expect the client to be on time although I am aware that circumstances might arise. For Events: If the service is booked at least a month in advance, I will ask the client if they would like to schedule a trial only if it is preferred by them. In the case that no trial is to be had, I will ask the client to send me pictures of the kind of look he/ she is going for and follow up through email and/ or text. On the day of the appointment, I do expect the client to be on time although I am aware that circumstances might arise. In the case that there was no initial trial, I would prefer for the client to make their best effort to be on time in the case that they might want to add any last-minute changes to their look.
