Msgt. Montes is an excellent coach, a dynamic public speaker, and an engaging motivational speaker who is highly passionate about what he does. While serving with the Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 22 (NMCB 22), Fort Worth TX, he gave one of the best training on first responder operations, anti-terrorism coordination and Military Operations in Urban Terrain (MOUNT). He skillfully shared the intricacies of combating an enemy within and without, how to never underestimate your opponent, the discipline needed in fighting in urban terrain and the survival skills needed in unknown terrain. His general coaching, training and motivations helps me deeply appreciate what freedom stands for in a different perspective and why we do what we do in the military. His passion also helped re-energized our troops’ commitment to the military traditions. At the end of his assignment with NMCB 22, troop’s morale was high and our general military readiness climaxed. This guy is a patriot to the core, an excellent speaker, and I will recommend him in a heartbeat than any of the many out there.

Abi is an excellent motivational speaker! He speaks from the heart about his life experiences. As a US Marine deployed in Iraq, he faced many challenges. His ability to overcome these challenges made him the strong leader that he is today. He was just promoted to Master Gunnery Sergeant, the highest enlisted rank in the Marine Corp.
