- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No two moves are alike, the more details the customer provides, the better we are able to assist the customer. We always recommend an in home survey if possible. The customer is able to receive a quote over the phone, which is a flat guaranteed price. The price of the move includes door to door service, loading, unloading, tolls, taxes, mileage, fuel, basic liability coverage, loading, unloading, protective moving blankets and storage at an additional cost if needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we are working with a new customer, the company needs the pick-up and delivery zip codes. The expected move date. Do they require any packing services. An inventory list or set up an in home survey.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
over 80 years of combined business experience. We are trained, professional management team and staff who are the best in the industry to assist any customer. Each mover completes a packing and furniture handling course. The company has regular performance meetings, this way we are able to stay on top of any updated information that is able to improve our services.
