I'm a police officer and SWAT operator. I also train and compete in Jiu-Jitsu... That being said I demand a lot from my body as I'm constantly pushing it's limits. Throughout the years I have incurred many injuries coupled with just the everyday bumps and bruises.
When I was referred to Kelli I was in a lot of pain. Literally from my feet to my neck had some type of injury that was hindering my training and execution in competition and at work. After the first visit I felt better and every visit after that I felt better and better.
Her approach and attention to the individual various injuries coupled with her advice on how to self treat absolutely without a doubt relieved most if not all of my chronic aches and pains. Her massages and recovery techniques have become a staple of my training. She is professional and at the same time seems to care on a personal level. I would and I have recommended anyone I know who has had an injury or chronic pain to her. Those who heeded my advice and went to see her have had nothing but great things to say about her and her work.

I am a professional, full time, emergency first responder, who has a very physically taxing assignment.
