- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For criminal clients, we accept credit cards and have convenience payment plans. We will work with every client and our fees are reasonable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
CRIMINAL DEFENSE We can provide an outline of our defense strategy by telephone and pull your police report while we speak. If you like what you hear, we can set an appointment to meet or get started by telephone. We want you to feel comfortable. We are always available to meet if the client prefers that.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have represented over 10,000 clients and have recovered over $100 million dollars for past clients. Mr. O'Toole has one of the largest jury verdicts for wrongful arrest in South Florida. He received a jury verdict and judgment in excess of $3 million. We have also obtained over 1,000 criminal case dismissals and not guilty verdicts.
