- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very flexible, we understand that not everyones budget is the same, and we will work with you personally to achieve your vision. We also have a variety of add-ons to offer, such as cotton candy & popcorn machines, photo booth services, custom banners and signs, red carpet style setups and more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Congratulations! You've just taken the first step to creating your dream event! One of our event specialists will contact you to design your package, we can do this in the office or via phone at your convenience! After we have your itinerary and design, our team members will get busy turning your vision into action. We will contact you with any questions we may have and encourage you to do the same at any time leading up to the big day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our feature DJ/MC, Stagga Lee, is an established Hip-Hop/Dance music artist, with several hit records to his credit, including "Roc Ya Body Mic Check 1,2 " and "Roll Wit MVP", as well as collaborations with C&C Music Factory, Snoop Dogg, and Nelly. He has toured and performed at some of the largest venues in the world, such as Wembley Stadium in the United Kingdom, and Madison Square Garden in New York city. In addition, his female counterpart, Jillian Renz, has 17 years experience as an events performer working with the largest events company in New York and has worked events in venues such as The Plaza, The Waldorf Astoria, The Saint Regis , Chelsea Piers, and Ciprianis.
