Trust is a process. As any first-time home buyer is, I was reluctant to depart with my savings and take the leap into home ownership. As a first-time home buyer in South Florida I was terrified. Housing costs, sea-level rise, HURRICANESthis is not a list of my favorite things. However, despite my night sweats and constant second guessing, I am now a proud homeowner who couldnt be happier with the result. I owe this to David and EspoHomes. Kicking and screaming, David calmly and professionally got me through the process dealing with all of my questions, priorities, and insecurities to find me my dream home. His knowledge of the communities, dedication to my search, and reassuring attitude made it, in reflection, a truly enjoyable experience.
