- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary based on the type of package and quantity purchased. There are no membership fees. For an individual; one-hour, one-on-one fitness coaching starts at $69. Our coaches are insured and bonded - and there is no substitute for quality!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with an introductory and complimentary health and fitness assessment where we evaluate the client's health history, fitness, and assess their readiness towards the completion of their goals. From there we partner with them for convenient, customized, and creative workout designed to help them attain their goals at the time, place, and pace that best suits them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All GYMGUYZ coaches are fitness pros with the appropriate certifications in their fields. Additionally, they are thoroughly screened and trained in the GYMGUYZ methodology for fitness coaching and customer service - which is critical. Our coaches have ongoing mentoring and peer review as well. Our coaches are the BEST!
