We replaced our windows and siding with beautiful products from Northern Lights Exteriors and we couldn’t be more pleased! Thanks to the crew that installed everything efficiently and did a great job on the details. Thanks to the front office for being responsive when we had questions and thanks to Jeff (siding) and Mack (windows) for making the design process fun. We loved the online tool that scanned the house and allowed us to experiment with colors and products.

We've worked with several contractors this Spring to do a major overhaul of the exterior of our house. Northern Lights Exteriors was by far our favorite. Every person we worked with from the front office to the project manager Mack, from the crew chief Cesar to the siding installers--everyone was professional, responsive, communicative, and just really nice people to work with. They kept a thorough project portal with photos which helped prevent misunderstandings. The work they did was excellent and we highly recommend this company.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different and every client's needs for their home are different. We will have pricing after a set appointment completed, typically within 5 business days.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once client and office have communicated the needs for the upcoming project - we will schedule an appointment with one of our project managers to travel to the property. Once on-site, our company will do a full exteriors evaluation for free. Our project managers will walk the property, get on the roof (if necessary), take measurements, and then sit down with the property owner to discuss details. After we understand the clients style/design ideas and budget we typically have an estimate/bid for review within 5-days.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Northern Lights Exteriors holds the following certificates and accolades as related to our exterior business. 1. James Hardie Elite Preferred Contractor (one of three in the state of Colorado) 2. HAAG Certified 3. Owens Corning Preferred Contractor 4. Owner and Operations Manager are both Certified Adjustors - we know what the insurance companies are looking for and use the same estimating software they do in order to streamline insurance claim projects.
