FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, But I offer services from small handyman projects to larger construction jobs so prices vary according to the job. Price is important, but not as important as the quality of the work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For a handyman repair or replacement type you can hire me online or schedule an appointment to discuss your needs. For projects where a contract is needed I will write a proposal and if you hire me it would be signed by both parties and become our contract.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I personally have 30 months vocational training in building trades. Which consists of electrical, plumbing and heating, masonry, and my major of carpentry. That was before graduating with a major in business. Then served a 4 year apprenticeship program in Carpenter's Local 281, where I when on to work more than 20 years as a journey man carpenter. Also I am certificated by the Building Performance Institute in home energy conservation. After going on to teach carpentry skills for 4 years at a county vocational school I decided working on my own I enjoy most.
