- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates are very reasonable, I will work on a risk share basis, I will give small businesses and start ups in particular favorable rates and I offer payment terms.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There is no charge for looking ! I do not charge for exploratory consultations or giving you a view of your business. We meet, you tell me about your business, your challenges, your goals. I tell you what I can do, I tell you if I cannot help you. I DO NOT waste our time. I will then give you a proposal (still at no charge) detailing the consultancy plan, the milestones, the deliverables and the fees. We start the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was educated in England at the Bluecoat School in Nottingham. After school I did a 5 year apprenticeship in Electronics and Digital Techniques (degree equivalent). I moved into sales and attended the Rank Xerox Sales Academy (over 3 years) in the UK - a world renowned training program where I learned and developed my sales and management skills. I am a certified Power Base Selling facilitator and franchise license holder. I am a past member of the Institute of Directors - a UK organization for bona fide corporate executives - where I attended a number of courses for advisory board members and Non Executive Directors.
